You need to move out of your accommodation and return your key/fob to reception by 10am on your end of contract date. To find out when your contract end date is, login to your accommodation portal. 

For those staying in catered accommodation, your last meal with us will be a continental breakfast, served from 8am - 9.30am on your contract end date.

You must return your key/fob to reception before your contract ends or you may be charged.

If reception is closed, please leave your keys/fob in the ‘drop box’ provided. Find reception opening times and locations of the drop boxes on the website.

Important Information

When you move out, remember to leave your accommodation as you found it — clean, tidy, and free of rubbish. 

This means that no one else has to clear up after you once you've gone, including your flatmates if you leave before them.
